If the system gives many GPF's then you may want to take following steps:

1. Make sure the problem is not related to software itself. If the system gives an error message only in one particular program, chances are that the problem is not hardware, it's probably with the software

2. If the error occurs in random places and if various software solutions do not help then try disabling the CACHE in the BIOS. If disabling the CACHE solves the problem then send a new motherboard.

3. One more reason why system would display error messages would be ventilation/heating of the case. To Isolate the problem please take the cover off the system and make sure that all the cooling fans are working and that there is no obstuctions in the blade that can prevent fans from spinning freely. You can also try running the system for a while with the cover off to see if that solves the problem.
